This is why I have researched many systems and styles of self defense to be able to deliver, what I feel, is the best training out there for our children, and why I personally teach FAST Defense courses.
FAST Defense is by far the most realistic, effective, and empowering self defense training available today.
FAST Defense deals with what actually happens to the human body in a fight, or flight, situation. The teachings in FAST Defense are based on heavily researched methods into the bio-chemical and physical responses that one undergoes in a real life situation. It is also heavily based on research regarding the most effective teaching methods that allows a student to be able to put into action what they have leaned, even if it is years after the student has taken the course. This has been proven in real life.

FAST CATS is specifically designed to teach children, 6 – 12 years of age, anti-bully and anti-abduction skills.
