Pull Up Contest to Benefit Feeding America

Pull Up Contest to Benefit Feeding America

The aim of ProjectSTRONG is to help each of us become the strongest version of ourselves possible, both mentally and physically, and to use that strength to work together to make the world a better place.

Mind. Body. World.

Strong to Make a Difference!

On Saturday, August 3rd, we are gathering together to help make a difference in the lives of others. We are going to raise funds for the charity Feeding America.

“No One Can Thrive on an Empty Stomach. 40 million people face hunger in the U.S. today — including more than 12 million children and nearly five million seniors. Hunger knows no boundaries — it touches every community in the U.S., including your own.” – www.feedingamerica.org

To better understand the far reaching impact that food insecurity has, please read this article. “America Has a Hunger Problem…and it’s ripple effects are stronger than you think.”

When: Saturday, August 3rd at 1:00 pm

Where: Family Karate PQ

Donations: Donations can be made through Feeding America’s web site or by check/cash brought in on the day of the event. Please download the sponsor form below and bring it with you to the event. Every donation helps!

“Your impact: $1 = 3 meals. Every dollar you give helps provide at least 3 meals to families in need through the Feeding America network of food banks.” – www.feedingamerica.org
